Please Vote For Keziah

I don't know if any of you noticed but there's a link on my sidebar that says 'vote for Keziah'. I've entered her photo in a silly online photo comp on an Aussie online baby shop website. If you would like to vote for her too, all you have to do is go to this link:

and register (scroll down and click the 'register' button). You will need to fill in a few details, name, address etc and an email address and password BUT I didn't tick the box for receiving emails from them and they've been true to their word, I've not received any except the confirmation email.

At the moment Kez is number 5 on the list with 155 votes. The leader currently has 439 votes and counting! If you would like to help me out and vote for Kez I would be very grateful BUT if you don't want to that's fine too. Go! Reachout this weekend in Perth

If you are in Perth and are interested in a missions type weekend for young adults then this is for you. In it's second year, Go! Reachout is connected to and modelled on the NSW 'Reachout' conference. It's on this weekend starting tomorrow night and runs until late Saturday night. Michael and I will be there and we are part of the organising committee. It's at Camp Wattle Grove in Orange Grove (around the Forrestfield area). Have you ever asked yourself those questions? It is worth the time to contemplate such questions! Over 2000 years ago, Jesus said, "Go into all the world and make disciples of all people". Yet there are still millions in our world who have never heard about Jesus. What does that have to do with you and me?

How about joining us for a weekend in September to meet others who are thinking about those very questions and contemplate what God is doing? The weekend of 8-9 September 2006, we will be gathering at GO! Reachout for just that purpose!

During the weekend, you will have opportunities to hear from God’s Word, talk with missionaries about their experiences and see what God is doing around the world. There will be testimonies, video clips and a variety of electives that will make this an inspirational and informative event! We believe that you will walk away better prepared you further involvement in God’s purpose.

Cost for the entire weekend is just $75 including accomodation for Friday and all meals on Saturday! Saturday-only is just $60. The meeting on Friday night is free for youth groups too! (A Freewill offering will be collected on the night.)
